The top source of information & credible news online for both The Real World & Road Rules shared in part with the MM Agency is The Real World/Road Rules blogspot created by Mario who is a big fan of both shows as well a friend to many cast members.
This blog has existed in some form since 1998 when Mario was a freshman in high school. To give this a true perspective of time he is currently pursuing his graduate Ph. D. studies now in Los Angeles.
Mario’s blog was first to point out last week that there seems to be a plan that the final selection process for The Real World 20 cast will be an online vote.
Eric Weidner posted 2 weeks ago in this blog claiming to be a finalist and there will be a vote online as well a gentleman named Weston Ashley posting in a forum that in early May there will be profiles placed on MTV.com and fans will choose who makes it to the last round of casting.
There is nothing official from MTV on this yet but the president of MTV music group entertainment, Brian Graden, told the Los Angeles Times on April 17th that casting for The Real World will take place entirely online. He also confirms that The Real World is still MTV’s top franchise but that the current Denver season’s ratings are the lowest in over 6 years since Back to New York.

The Road Rules skull was stolen while the RV was parked in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego on Friday April 20th just before 10pm.
Three suspicious men in their 20s were followed and then arrested for being drunk in public but they would not disclose where the skull is.
The Road Rules RV hood ornament still has NOT been recovered as disclosed by the San Diego Union Tribune.
I live only several miles from the Pacific Beach area, which is the college party area of San Diego, and I can say I do NOT have the skull or know where it presently is. This is the same area The Real World San Diego cast would frequent during filming most notably where both Brad Fiorenza and Robin Hibbard were arrested.
San Diego also was not the most friendly people to The Real World San Diego cast whereby there were constant chants of “Go home Real World”. This constant harassment is what led Brad to confront some hecklers and get arrested himself for disorderly conduct. So this is not surprising that the skull was taken in this same area as the attitude of the locals would not be much different toward Road Rules.
On Monday I will disclose the top reliable information site for The Real World Road Rules in tandem with the MM Agency.

Ryan Getman age 30, who was the person that punched Danny Jamieson of The Real World Austin cast while he was on the ground, may now have that aggravated assault charge dismissed as reported by the Austin American-Statesman newspaper.
The incident happened during the filming of the first episode of The Real World Austin in January 2005 as Danny was leaving a Sixth Street bar when an argument ensued with the group Mr. Getman was part of.
Danny Jamieson’s eye socket was crushed by the punch landed by Ryan Getman which caused Danny blurry vision and immense pain shortly after leading to surgery.
The punch was filmed and turned over to the Austin Texas authorities which lead to Mr. Getman’s arrest in May 2005.
The reason why the judge will probably dismiss the aggravated assault charge is because of double jeopardy, meaning you can not be tried for the same crime twice.
A separate court case in another county of Texas litigated previously the aggravated assault charge in question when trying to revoke Mr. Getman’s 5 year probation for a felony theft charge that happened in 2002.
I find this to be an odd twist to what you would think is an air tight case of assault which occured in front of a camera crew and viewed by millions of people.
