Frankie Abernathy from MTVs Real World San Diego is reported to have succumbed to her hereditary disease of Cystic Fibrosis, Mucoviscidosis, as she passed away recently at the age of 25 as reported by The Pitch in Kansas City.
The information of her death was provided to The Pitch by people within the firm Barkley where her father worked as an ad executive.
Frankie showed signs of Cystic Fibrosis during the filming of The Real World San Diego which caused her difficulty in breathing and lowered her immune system.
Cystic Fibrosis Research states that 1 in 3,900 American children are born with this disease and that not even half survive to the age of 37.
Frankie Abernathy was born on December 21st, 1981 and raised in Blue Springs, Missouri which is less than 20 miles away from Kansas City.
She was the punk rocker of The Real World San Diego cast and abruptly left the show on Halloween in 2003.
Bunim-Murray Productions and MTV have no comment at this time – MTV made the announcement on Tuesday June 12th.

There are many airlines in usa which are offering very cheap and reliable services to their customers. They offer very cheap airline tickets from usa around the world. One of them is midwest airlines offering hotel vacation packages to many destinations including Las Vegas, Orlando, New Orleans and more. Or you can travel to Hawaii with the special air fares of aloha airlines. If you want to attend the american airlines arena events you can get your tickets booked with any one of these airlines.
It does not surprise the CF patients around the world that her lifestyle, including smoking, as a CF patient would have led her to die at a very young age. In her role, she did not represent the majority of the outstanding citizens in the community that go above and beyond to take care of their lungs through a rigerous medical maintenance program.
With that said, any young person who has suffered from this disease and succumbed at an early age is in my thoughts and prayers. May she now breathe freely.

Sophia,
As a person with CF, I don’t think its fair comment to make. 25 to me seems very old, as I was dying when I was only 13 (had a transplant). Some people accept their fate that CF will kill them, and chose not to live to be 65 (by doing everything religiously medication wise), but rather enjoy and experience life to their fullest and die younger then that.

Cut, off my coment too early: I meant to say,
That being said, may She rest in Peace and breathe easy. xox

It’s sad to hear that, regarless of her lifestyle, Sohia C. It’s just sad when anyone passes. So, like JoJo said, may she Rest In Peace.
