The early April Real World Road Rules casting call auditions were just announced and will be in Boston, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Columbia South Carolina, & Columbus Ohio.
An additional casting call on Saturday March 31st in San Antonio, Texas was also just released. This will be at the Rivercenter Comedy Club within the Rivercenter Mall from 10am to 5pm. The address is 849 East Commerce Suite 893 in San Antonio, Texas 78205.
In April the casting calls start on April 3rd in Milwuakee, St. Louis, & Columbia South Carolina.
The Milwaukee Real World audition will be at the Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery. This will run from 11am to 6pm at 740 North Plankinton Avenue #1 Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53203.
On the same day and time there will also be Real World Road Rules casting call in Harry’s Restaurant and Bar at 2144 Market Street in St. Louis, Missouri 63103.
A third audition on Tuesday April 3rd will be held at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. It will be located in the Russell House Ballroom at 1400 Greene Street Russell House 227 Columbia, South Carolina 29208
On Saturday April 14th there are currently 2 Real World Road Rules casting calls in Boston and Columbus Ohio from 10am to 5pm.
Ned Devine’s in Boston Massachusetts will host the Real World audtion at the famous Faneuil Hall Marketplace within the Quincy Market Building.
Also in Ohio there will be a casting call at Panini’s Bar and Grill at 1716 North High Street in Columbus, Ohio 43201.
For advice the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal asked the supervising casting director Damon Furberg and he replied:
“We don’t want to cast people who feel like emulating behavior they’ve seen on the show, or acting like a particular person that we’ve already seen is going to help them out.
“I almost immediately tune out when somebody says, ‘I’m just like Puck,’ ” he tells Inside TV & Radio. Puck was the on-camera name of scruffy bike messenger David Rainey, whose disruptive behavior got him kicked off the show in the 1994 San Francisco season.
“Puck was cool,” Furberg says. “He was definitely one of the biggest personalities we’ve had on the show. But we already had Puck on the show. We don’t need Puck Jr.”
