Today most cast members will be departing to start the next MTV Real World Road Rules Challenge, The Duel 2, in New Zealand.
This is the seventeenth and final Real World challenge MTV has currently contracted with rent a car bulgariaBunim-Murray Productions.
Filming The Duel 2 should last approximately a month with it wrapping by early December and air in the Spring of 2009 possibly in tandem with The Real World Brooklyn.
If the format holds true to the original Duel challenge then one female and one male will be declared the winners as an alternating gender will be dismissed after each challenge event.
The currently constituted Duel 2 Real World, Road Rules, and Fresh Meat cast members include:

This list was attained by those notifying the MM Agency that they will not be available for appearances as they will be away for the challenge and was further validated by Vevmo.

It would have been nice if you had credited vevmo as your source. At least the people at speakreality.com and TWOP did that.

I notified Bacchus at Vevmo that I didn’t scrape his list to pass as my own, but I have had the brunt of this list already as I was notified by most of these cast members that they would not be available for appearances until early December as they are leaving on the 27th.
I specifically did not post about it until today as BM may have removed them from the cast.
I did view Vevmo’s list to validate those that I was not directly contacted on, specifically the Viewers Revenge cast, and have put the accreditation of that on the site.
You can update your list by replacing Dan Walsh with Ryan Kehoe, and removing David Leech and Coral.

Thank you for the updates.
Most of the cast members told me about their flight times to LAX yesterday but that BM was not telling them about their connecting flight until they got there – which appeared to be the 10:15pm one.
As a note, Shauvon will suprise a lot of people as she has trained and lost a lot of weight preparing for this challenge.

I saw a clip of the duel II and I am saddened at the fact that MTV keeps inviting CT on the show. He is clearly and neanderthal and does not deserve to be amongst the civilized. Please MTV. I implore you, stop putting people in danger by letting this punk on the show.
I am so glad that ct is on the show. He makes it worth watching. Without him it would be just plain boring.
