There is curiousity as to what The Real World Denver house looks like now as it was recently sold for $3.3 million to an investment team called the Alexander Group as first reported on this Real World Post
All of the television production equipment is gone as well the hot tub and pool, but at least 50% of the furniture remains including the basketball court.
The planned name of this building is still reported to be THE ABBEY and the goal is open by April 2007.
I believe April was chosen as that is right around when the Denver Real World ends its season on MTV.
