She moved to the Bay Area of San Francisco, California in 1994 at the age of 11, but now resides in Los Angeles, California. She was known as the highly opinionated and motivated stunning fiery Peruvian, especially if alcohol was involved, on The Real World Austin which was season 16 and aired on MTV in the summer of 2005 on June 21 2005. Johanna has only been on two MTV Real World Road Rules challenges, first being The Fresh Meat Challenge in the spring of 2006 and The Gauntlet 3 in 2008 which she won being on the Rookies team. She will also appear in the upcoming The Island Challenge in the Fall of 2008. Johanna has done modeling for American Eagle, Stuff Magazine, Maxim Magazine, The Sexiest Women of Reality TV calendar as well a co-lead role in a short film "Hitchcock". She selected to represent as Miss Peru USA at the 2008 Miss Peru Universe Pageant but left due to pressure to get plastic surgery.
