- Filming of the 18th Season of The Real World Denver was completed in late August 2006 then aired from November 22nd, 2006 through May 16th, 2007
- The Denver season was switched to a Wednesday evening schedule as opposed to the previous seasons airing on Thursdays
- The premiere was on Wednesday November 22nd, 2006 as it aired back to back to back at 8pm, 9pm, & 10pm.
- This is also the first new Real World season to be aired on MTV Canada, which premiered on Wednesday December 20th, 2006 - MTV Canada Debut
- The Real World Denver House was sold on December 1st, 2006 for $3.3 million becoming a lounge called The Abbey and is located at:
- The Real World Denver cast worked with Outward Bound in Colorado along with children from New Orleans affected by Hurricane Katrina
