- Sarah Ralston is the pretty hispanic church going feminist cast member who has never left Arizona any real length of time before joining The Real World Hollywood
- Sarah was casted on the show at an open casting call at the Tempe Music Festival near the ASU campus with her friend Jackie - on the application, she started off with "I actually have half a brain, so I dont think you will be interested!."
